    Our team reviews your request and sends back the item price plus our service fee.

    Approve the quote and pay by credit card through our secure Square checkout.

    We purchase the item

    Once payment is confirmed, we buy the product on your behalf, even from US-only sellers.

    It joins your warehouse pipeline

    The item arrives at our US warehouse, where it is inspected, photographed, and ready for consolidation like any other package.

    We ship it to Japan

    Your purchased item ships to Japan together with the rest of your packages.

How is the fee calculated?

Our fee is a flat $6.00 plus 7% of the item price. It's calculated automatically and shown in full in your quote before you pay - no hidden costs.

The fee applies only to the item price. Shipping from the US to Japan is quoted and charged separately.
