Share a product URL and/or a description (name, options, quantity, budget) from your dashboard. Can't find it yourself? Message us on LINE with what you're looking for, and we'll track it down and send you a link to buy.
We send you a quote
Our team reviews your request and sends back the item price plus our service fee.
Order & Payment
Approve the quote and pay by credit card through our secure Square checkout.
We receive, inspect & photograph it
Once payment is confirmed, we purchase the product on your behalf -- even from US-only sellers -- then receive it at our warehouse, where it's checked in and photographed like any other package.
Review, consolidate & choose add-ons
Review the item's condition and decide whether to consolidate it with your other packages, plus any add-on services you'd like. At this point, we also send you a separate quote for shipping to Japan.
We ship it to Japan
Once we confirm your shipping payment, we ship the purchased item to Japan together with the rest of your packages.
You'll pay twice: once to purchase the item (item price plus our purchase-proxy fee), and again for shipping from the US to Japan, which we quote once your item reaches our warehouse.

Can I request multiple items at once?
Yes -- submitting a separate request per item makes quoting faster. Multiple purchased items can be consolidated into one shipment once they arrive at our warehouse.
What if the price changes after you send the quote?
If a sale ends or stock changes before we purchase, we'll reach out with the new price and any difference before buying anything.
How long does a quote take?
Usually within one business day. If it will take longer due to demand, we'll let you know.
Do the same customs and prohibited-item rules apply to purchase proxy orders?
