Do I need a commercial invoice?
Yes — it's required for every international shipment. You're welcome to create one yourself from your dashboard, but our staff prepares it on your behalf as standard practice, so there's no need to worry about it.
How long will you hold my packages for free?
Every package is stored free for 30 days after it arrives at our warehouse, so you can wait for other orders and consolidate them into one shipment. Need more time beyond 30 days? A paid storage extension is available as an add-on.
What if my package is damaged or lost in transit?
Every package is photographed before shipping, so we have proof of its condition. Optional shipping insurance covers loss or damage during international transit — add it when you create your shipment if you'd like extra coverage.
