What we handle: We instantly issue your own dedicated USAJUSHO warehouse address in the US.
What you do: Check out at Amazon, Nike, Best Buy, or any other US retailer using your new USAJUSHO address as the shipping address.
What we handle: Can't ship to a freight forwarder, or want us to buy it for you instead? Use Purchase Proxy and we'll purchase the item on your behalf.
What you do: Log in and declare your order the total amount, plus an optional tracking number and receipt photo, handy if a question comes up later.
What we handle: We use your declaration to match the package to your account when it arrives at our warehouse.
What you do: Just relax — there's nothing to do at this step.
What we handle: When your package arrives, we check it in, verify the contents, and photograph it. Photos post to your dashboard as soon as they are ready.
What you do: Log in to your dashboard, review your arrived packages, and decide whether to combine multiple boxes into one shipment to save on shipping. Add any extra services you need.
What we handle: We prepare your commercial invoice with the final price, based on the options you chose.
What you do: Review and pay the shipping invoice from your dashboard.
What we handle: We hand your package to our international carrier and issue a tracking number right away.
What you do: Track your shipment anytime from your dashboard.
What we handle: Your package arrives at the Japan address you specified — typically within 3–5 days after shipping.

Every item that arrives at our US warehouse is checked at no extra cost, photographed on the spot, and posted to your dashboard right away -- so you can see exactly what arrived before deciding on consolidation or shipping.
Your package ships with a label showing your dedicated USAJUSHO address and member number, plus a tracking number.
Packages from multiple stores are combined into a single shipment at our warehouse, cutting your shipping cost compared to shipping each one separately. We handle the packing, inspection, and shipping — you just choose consolidation from your dashboard.

FAQ
Yes, within personal-use quantities — roughly 10kg total. If your order is larger than that, please reach out to us first.
If your shipment is dutiable, the carrier collects it from you upon delivery in Japan. It's separate from the shipping fee you pay us.
We'll contact you as soon as we spot it. The item will need to be discarded or returned at your expense, and we can't refund the item cost — so it's worth checking before you order.
Only when you actually ship a package to Japan. Signup and using the address itself are free.
Combining multiple packages into a single shipment, which costs less than shipping each one separately.
Every package is stored free for 30 days after it arrives at our warehouse, so you can wait for other orders and consolidate them into one shipment. Need more time beyond 30 days? A paid storage extension is available as an add-on.
Every package is photographed before shipping, so we have proof of its condition. Optional shipping insurance covers loss or damage during international transit — add it when you create your shipment if you'd like extra coverage.
